Your photos and reports

The PhotoSheet desktop program processes your photos and builds reports locally on your computer. Your photos, captions, project details and exported reports are not uploaded to this website to create a report. You choose where to save your files and whom to share them with.

If you send a screenshot, project or report when requesting support, we receive the information you send. Please remove confidential or personal information that is not needed to explain the issue.

Website visits and downloads

There are no PhotoSheet customer accounts. Netlify hosts this website and runs its server-side functions. Cloudflare provides domain/DNS infrastructure and R2 storage for the public Demo installer and private Pro installer. These providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested page or file, and request time to deliver content, maintain security and troubleshoot problems. Downloading a file does not give us access to other files on your computer.

We have not added advertising trackers or website analytics scripts. Payment and infrastructure providers may use necessary security technologies as described in their policies: Netlify and Cloudflare.

Necessary checkout cookie

Checkout sets a strictly necessary, order-specific cookie to associate your browser with your purchase and allow you to return to checkout or access the paid download in that browser. It lasts up to 30 days, is HttpOnly (unavailable to page scripts), uses SameSite=Strict, and is sent securely over HTTPS. It is not an advertising or tracking cookie.

Clearing or blocking this cookie can prevent same-browser order access. Your private purchase-email link provides a separate recovery path that does not require the original checkout cookie. Stripe may also use cookies or similar technologies for payment processing and fraud prevention.

Payments and purchase delivery

Checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe's merchant-of-record service handling the payment transaction and receipts. Stripe processes contact and billing details, payment information and order records under its Privacy Policy. Our website does not receive or store full payment-card details.

Stripe supplies buyer and order data to our server as needed to verify payment, deliver the purchase and support the order. We use the buyer email address supplied by Stripe to send a transactional purchase email through MailerSend. MailerSend receives that address and the message containing your private recovery link. We disable click, open and content tracking for these purchase emails.

Server-side fulfillment and recovery records in private R2 storage contain order/product references, token hashes, status and expiry information, and email-send status where applicable. They do not contain card details, the buyer email address, or the raw recovery token. Records are used to authorize downloads and prevent duplicate fulfillment or email sends.

New purchase-email recovery links are valid for 2 years (730 days). Each use rechecks the paid order and creates a fresh installer download URL valid for 24 hours. Keep your email link private: anyone with a valid link may access the associated purchase. This is installer delivery, not cloud storage for your photos or report projects.

Support and information handling

We use your contact details, messages and any files you send to respond to your PhotoSheet enquiry. Hosting, email and payment providers may process information needed to provide those services, including in countries other than your own.

We retain support and order information for as long as needed to handle your request, support your purchase and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

The web demo and external links

The PhotoSheet web demo opens on WaveWebTools, a separate website. Its own privacy policy applies. The desktop program's local-file handling described above is not a statement about every service on WaveWebTools.

Links to LunarTide Software, download services or payment services take you to websites with their own privacy information. This policy covers PhotoSheet only.

Your choices and questions

You can contact PhotoSheet support through LunarTide Software to ask about personal information we hold about you or request access, correction or deletion. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. For information held independently by a payment or external website provider, contact that provider.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when PhotoSheet's services or data handling change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
